Our room had a very comfy bed and a fantastic view. The bathroom there was large. Location: the hotel was next to the taxi, shops and nearby attractions like Volubilis, Meknes. Spent a nice evening at Palais Batha Restaurant, located around 4-6 minutes walk from the venue.

Just fantastic, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, authentic design and finishing. My regret is not having dinner there as it looked wonderful.

the staff made our stay wonderful, helped us to see the best of the Medina, gave us advise what to do etc. We were given an upgrade to the room on the terrace which has a lot of light. I recommend to check this out. Cleanliness was okay, wifi worked even in the room.

Great value for money, comfortable and well-decorated room with a fantastic rooftop terrace. The location was convenient and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The breakfast option could be improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of choices.

Very clean, very friendly with helpful staff. Good beds and good heating. It's extremely quiet despite being right in the heart of the medina. All in all, an excellent, beautifully restored, traditional Moroccan riad. Highly recommended.
Nothing displeased us.

This Riad is in the heart of the Medina, but up a quite passageway, so really convenient for wandering around the Medina. Really clean hotel, good sound insulation so you are not disturbed by people outside or other guests. Friendly staff, especially as the owner lives on site, so any issues are fixed immediately. We found the Medina friendly and safe and we were not hassled. The hotel arranged for transport to and from the airport and also a guide for a half day tour of the Madina - spoke good English.
The hotel, could provide a menu in English as not sure what options there would have been for breakfast - It would have helped if we had spoken French

The location.
To be honest our experience at Riad Adarissa was the worst experience we have ever had at any hotel after travelling for 5 months throughout Europe and Morocco. Check-in process was lengthy. Stairs to loft were too steep and dangerous. Beds were incredibly hard and pillows uncomfortable. Shower did not drain at all. Staff did not replace towels even though they were put in the shower as directed. Breakfast was very average with store bought juice and small portions. Zero privacy in the room with glass windows in the doors to the room that you could not cover. Zero natural light, the room felt like a cell. Staff woke us by banging on our room door and shouting loudly at 10.20am. When confronted about this issue the staff explained that we had not told them we would sleep in, they were concerned we were dead. The receptionist swore at us during this confrontation. When the manager arrived to apparently deal with this issue, he was rude, abrupt and did not resolve any of the issues we had raised. The manager suggested that because we had paid a promotional price for the room we should not be complaining. All in all this was an unprofessional, disorganised and overpriced stay.

it is a very beautiful Riad in the Medina of Fes, very nicely restructured and with very nice and helpful hotel staff. Very clean, too! it seems European standard in luxury and cleanliness.
